Kicking off another enlarged workday, Taylor Momsen was spotted on the New York City set of her hit show “Gossip Girl” today (October 4).

The CW cutie looked a bit cranky as she noticed the nearby paparazzi, sporting a funky black jacket/blue dress/silver heels combo.

And coming up that Monday at 9pm EST, Taylor and the rest of her drama-infused pals return to the airwaves with an all-new episode.
