Apparently Randy Quaid and his wife Evi are still “sick and resting in Texas” considering they losed out to manufacture their court moment in Santa Barbara, California yet again.

Judge Clifford Anderson told press, “The case was put back on calendar today when local counsel approached me with consent of Mr. Carter.  But they are not here and so bench warrants remain out as they have since they were issued back in September. And that duration we will not be putting case back on calendar until they definitely post bail or seem in person.”

And District Attorney

Lee Carter added, “All bets are off.  I received the phone signal that wee hours that the case was on calendar. But they’re not coming. They just can’t seem to invent it here.”

“They’re afraid to show up considering they will be arrested.  And they’re absolutely right. That’s precisely what would happen. There’s no telling what is going through their minds right now.”
