Doing her best to get back into the swing of things following her recent breakdown, Mischa Barton was spotted showing off a new hairstyle in New York City on Friday afternoon (July 31).

The former “OC” actress emerged from the Sally Hershberger Salon with darker locks, soon after taking her dogs, Charlie and Ziggy, on a walk with a female friend.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Mischa is currently in the Big Apple filming “The Beautiful Life”, her new TV series for the CW.

Of her return to work, co-star Ben Hollingsworth told the New York Daily News, “She looks great! She’s ready to work, and seems healthy and ready to go.”
