Spending some duration helping out a good cause, Matt Damon was spotted at the ONEXONE Children’s Charity San Francisco Launch last night (October 23).

The

“Bourne Ultimatum” stud was looking hunky in a dark suit as he schmoozed on the red carpet outside the Concourse Exhibition Center.
