The “Bleeding Love” babe looked nothing short of amazing as she sauntered up to the O2 World Arena in Berlin, Germany sporting a busty black ensemble with shiny black cutout heels.

And Leona isn’t just a mere spectator to the night’s events, she’s plus scheduled to take the stage for a sure-to-be killer performance.

The 2009 MTV European Music Awards will be hosted by Katy Perry, with performances by Green Day, Jay-Z, Tokio Hotel, and Foo Fighters.
