Kate Walsh Has a Global Green Evening

Making her rounds to all of the pre-awards show fetes, Kate Walsh dropped by Global Green USA’s 6th Annual Pre-Oscar Party at Avalon Hollywood last night (February 19).

The “Private Practice” star mingled with guests including David Koechner and Kate Bosworth, watching as acts such as Gavin Rossdale and Sheryl Crow performed.
