The “Private Practice” actress looked lovely as she arrived at The Armory, posing with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and sporting a shimmery lavender dress.

is getting a little more messy than anticipated, as her soon-to-be-ex-husband Alex Young is trying to subpoena ABC network president Stephen McPherson.

Young is hoping that McPherson will be able to verify that Kate is in better shape financially than she’s letting on, though Stephen is trying to avoid getting involved.
