She’s always been known to be a hip mom, and last night (May 17) Kate Hudson treated her son Ryder to a Los Angeles Lakers game.

The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” babe and her darling son looked excited as they made their way to the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles.

Miss Hudson looked springtime sexy

in a white spaghetti strap top with distressed jeans and sunglasses, while Ryder sported a camouflage Superman t-shirt with black shorts and black and grey sneakers.

And by the day the final buzzer sounded, the Lakers had defeated the Houston Rockets 89-70 to clinch the series.  They’ll play the Denver Nuggets tomorrow night.
