It’s no secret that the Gosselin household has been a tension-filled place as of late, and yesterday (August 13) Kate Gosselin finally lost it.

The “Jon and Kate Plus 8” mother had a massive fight with her ex-husband Jon at the front gate of their home to the point that police had to be called.

According to a source on the scene, Kate was being prevented from being at the $1.1 million Reading, Pennsylvania house considering it’s

Jon’s week to have custody of the kids, and she wasn’t too thrilled about the arrangement.

Ms. Gosselin was plus overheard screaming at Jon about nanny Stephanie Santoro, with whom she believes he is having an affair.

When all was said and done, Kate was sent packing and had to check into a nearby Days Inn where she sat in the parking lot and sobbed before finally going inside.
