She works hard on set, in the gym and as a mom, and Jamie Pressly finally opened up about her split from ex-fiance, Eric Cubiche, telling what went wrong.

The “My Name is Earl” actress sat down with Redbook and chatted about their separation, revealing, “When I was pregnant, Eric’s job changed. He became a traveling deejay. So he was gone a lot. That’s how part of the separation started. We’d been best friends for

so faraway, and now it was kind of like we were leading two separate lives.”

But Pressly, 31, doesn’t refer to herself as a without mom. She says, “I have full custody, but when he’s in town, Eric comes and sees Dezi every day. Eric’s very much a part of his life; he’s a great father.”
