She’s always up to something new, and earlier today (April 23) Hilary Duff was spotted promoting her new flick “Stay Cool” at the Tribeca Film Festival.

The “So Yesterday” chick looked to be having a good date as she passed the paparazzi, sporting an all-black ensemble along with a black and tan scarf and a massive handbag.

Coming up next

week, Miss Duff will be guest starring on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” as a young mother made a prime suspect when her young child goes lost.

The episode is titled “Selfish,” and it airs Tuesday, April 28th.  Hilary has plus been hard at work on her upcoming film “Provinces of Night.”
