The preggers “Grey’s Anatomy” actress looked like she was ready to pop as she strolled past shutterbugs in a black maternity top/black Capri shorts combo.

by the weekend, Ellen’s costar/gal pal Katherine Heigl hosted

a baby shower for her and friends Rebecca Gayheart, Kate Walsh, and Sandra Oh all showed up to show some love.

Pompeo and her husband Chris Ivery are expecting their baby girl to be delivered next month, though from the look of Ellen, it could be any day now.
