Recently talking about her change in looks since her “Married with Children” days, Miss Applegate told press, “Back soon after I never stepped in a gym, I had great elasticity, and my body would reply whether I exercised just twice. Things changed about three or four years ago. I have to be incredibly consistent with my workouts, and it takes at least a month to see any positive changes in my body.”
