I wonder who did that ‘crime’ of comparing someone like Christina Aguilera to Mariah Carey… but Christina seems to be more than happy with that.

She was compared ever since she debuted the musical landscape. She says,

“I get a lot of comparisons…And usually they go in two totally different directions: It’s either the Britney [Spears] comparisons from folks who just look at things on the surface, or I get compared

to citizens like Mariah Carey, which is amazing, and I think that comes from [the ones] who are more aware of my vocal abilities and what I can really do.”

I must say its quite early Ms.Aguilera for you to be happy with a comparison with Mariah Carey… I suppose you have a lot to improve before you come on par with Carey!
