On the career end of things, Miss Swank can next be seen in a movie titled “Betty Anne Waters” - which co-stars Sam Rockwell, Juliette Lewis and Minnie Driver.

It was recently reported that she was being sued by ex-lover/producer Rob Fusari, but now Lady Gaga is the one doing the suing.

New York Daily News reports that after Fusari filed a $30 million lawsuit against her on Thursday, the “Bad Romance” singer fired back saying he was the one who broke the law by duping her into signing an illegal contract.Rob claims he came up with the name Lady Gaga and co-wrote some of her hit songs, while Gaga claims the contract amoung them was invalid considering Fusari was not a licensed talent agent.

Not only do Gaga’s lawyers want Fusari’s suit thrown out, they want him to pay damages to the superstar singer for trying to take advantage of an “inexperienced performing artist.”

Drawing an end to a towering week of promotional efforts, Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning held a press conference at the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas on Thursday night (March 18).

Fresh off of flights from New York City, the duo took the stage to chat with festival-goers about their upcoming flick, “The Runaways,” which hits theaters on April 9th.
Talking about the role, Miss Fanning recently told Parade, “I didn’t really have any doubts. I was OK with the gritty and the conditioned parts. That’s what I was most excited about considering that’s when Cherie is really raw and open and you see her vulnerability. It was durable going to those places, but I’ve always been able to just go there and next come back. I’m able to leave it on the set. It’s not something that lives with me forever.

The 16-year-old adds, “I’ve never played an actual person before, so it was really wonderful to have Cherie Currie there on the set every day. And I just wanted to do her justice. I hoped that I could be half as good as she was and live up to what we love about The Runaways. I didn’t realize until the day I went into the recording studio, when it really hit me, that I was going to have to sing the songs, that my voice was going to be in movie. I just wanted to sing them right, the way Cherie does, considering I knew that they were so iconic and so vital to a lot of society.”

Getting into character, the “Love Happens” actress worked her magic on set at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills Hotel alongside funnyman Adam Sandler and supermodel Brooklyn Decker.Aniston’s film with hunky Gerard Butler “The Bounty Hunter” is in theaters that weekend.

Per IMDB’s Web site, the charming film is about a bounty hunter learns that his next target is his ex-wife, a reporter working on a murder cover-up. Soon after their reunion, the always-at-odds duo finds themselves on a run-for-their-lives adventure.
