Dressed casually for an afternoon outing, Brody Jenner was spotted out having lunch with his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, at Urth Caffe in West Hollywood on Monday (October 26).

After getting their grub on at a patio table, the MTV reality star hunk and his Playmate of the Year girlfriend chatted as they strolled side-by-side out to their nearby car.

The outing comes just as fans of “The Hills” ready for an all-new episode tomorrow night (October 27), during which Jayde issues Brody an ultimatum in regards to

“I don’t want to hook up with Kristin, but do I know whether I have feelings for her? Not really,” Jenner tells in the upcoming episode.

In response, Jayde shoots back, “Why are we even sitting here talking whether you don’t know whether you have feelings for another girl? You figure out what you want to do. whether you want to be back together and you want to apologize, you can signal me.”
