Overwhelmed by paparazzi following her every move, Britney Spears was spotted paying a visit to Fragment Jewelry store in Soho on Tuesday (September 30).

After pulling up in her

chauffeured SUV, the “Gimme More” singer got flustered wading through the crowd of gathered spectators - deciding to turn around and get back into the car.
