And while a rejuvenating island getaway might be just what the doctor ordered, many believe that date is running out for LiLo when it comes to needing to get her acting career back underway.

“She’s done whether she doesn’t pull it together,” Eileen Koch, founder of Eileen Koch & Company, told the New York Daily News.

“She had the world at her feet,” a studio exec added. “And right now, she’d have to pay a studio to get herself into a movie.”

Offering advice to the troubled starlet, an industry insider tells: “Lindsay needs to focus on doing her job. She’s an actress, yet all we know recently are her DUIs and relationship issues. possibly that means taking jobs that may not be the best paying, but can build her acting credibility and gain her respect in the industry.”

Offering a little relief to the catwalk queen, the alleged stalker of Tyra Banks has been convicted of multiple charges including stalking, harassment, attempted aggravated harassment, and criminal trespass earlier that AM (April 30).

With Tyra testifying at Manhattan’s criminal court just yesterday, Brady Green will hopefully no longer be a problem for Miss Banks.

“The behavior was hounding,” Judge James Burke told press, who additionally opted against giving Green any date in the slammer – instead telling the defendant’s lawyer to “Put Mr. Green in a location where he can thrive. And that location is not likely to be the city of New York.”

She may have lost the Miss USA crown considering of her position on homosexual marriage, and now Miss California Carrie Prejean is taking her stance on the controversial issue a step further.

During her interview on the “Today” show, Prejean announced that she’s partnering with the National Organization for Marriage to protect the sanctity of traditional marriage values.

She explained, “I am just here to protect marriage.  The National Organization for Marriage basically just respects marriages and public who support it. I am here to protect traditional marriage.”

Carrie additionally expressed her surprise by the outrage her comments at the pageant caused.  “I never thought in a million years that that would be happening right now. I was attacked for giving my own opinion on stage. I am going to do whatever it takes to protect marriage.”

And she says the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive.  “I’ve actually had so many supporters and so many public say, ‘Thank you so much. It had to take a beauty pageant contestant to actually stand up for what she believes in.’”
